43 persons, nine cars involved in Lagos-Ibadan multiple road accident

<p>Our correspondent reports that most of the vehicles were badly damaged following the crash.</p>, <p>A truck was said to have rammed into other vehicles on the road after it suffered brake failure.</p>, <p>The FRSC spokesperson in Ogun, Florence Okpe, confirmed to DAILY POST that nine vehicles were involved in the accident.</p>, <p>The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) said the accident happened at the Magboro axis of the Lagos-Ibadan highway.</p>, <p>Okpe confirmed that four persons were injured in the accident that caused a gridlock on the axis. She, however, assured that “no life was lost in the incident.”</p>, <p>No fewer than 43 persons and nine vehicles were involved in a multiple-road crash that occurred Monday morning in Ogun State.</p>
