42% of workers plan on quitting their jobs over the next year

As many staff head back to the office today, it’s been revealed that 42% of workers plan on quitting their jobs over the next year, according to a new survey. This is compared with 21% intending to quit pre-pandemic. Mary Connaughton, Director of CIPD Ireland joined Alison on Tipp Today.
