But, study after study has shown - and this year's Vice Presidential debate highlighted - the fact that when women are speaking our words are interrupted and our voices are silenced. It's time to end that. In this episode, co-hosts Melissa and Kerri take on all the folks (let's be honest: MEN!) who feel that it is okay to prevent women from getting their points across and sharing their insights and intellect.
