Stacey Ventura is the product boss behind [Be] Blends, manufacturers and makers of handcrafted bath, body, and home products with a focus on health and wellness. She’s here to tell us her story and all about what she’s learned along the way.  [Be] Blends started off as an online store which evolved into a brick-and-mortar store later on as Stacey realized her customers enjoyed smelling and trying their products. Opening a brick-and-mortar was no easy feat, as Stacey quickly realized when a flash flood took out all of their inventory (and their store itself), right when they were gearing up to open. From Stacey's experience as a maker, she was able to pivot and implement techniques to help keep [Be] Blends in business! Stacey also shares with us how important her family is and how she has been able to build a business that allows her to be there for, and take care of, her family, regardless of the season. One of the ways Stacey has done this over the years is by getting out of her own way and removing herself as the bottleneck in her business, something many of you product boss's are familiar with!
