Description

Getting through quarantine differently, but together

This week’s Enneatalk Tuesday is a little different from the usual enneagram episodes. I share my process with the enneagram when I come under stress, and discuss how, because we no longer have the distractions that we had a month ago, I am left with a lot of emotions.

High involvement low attachment

What I know is that I am eager to use my gifts, to help those and add value in times of need. However, it is best for me to trust the process, trust the journey of self-learning and growth so that I don’t disassociate my emot
