Welcome to the TeachStrong Talks podcast! Today we’re joined by Amanda Harrison. Amanda is a secondary school headteacher and consultant who works with leaders in education. There’s so much I could talk to Amanda about but the focus for this conversation is a little different. I recently tweeted that I was keen to talk to those in education who have found a particular practice or approach that works for them to improve their wellbeing. Amanda got in touch and said she’d be keen to talk about her spiritual journey. Amanda talks openly about her experiences growing up and the journey she has gone on from childhood to where she is now is truly inspiring.
