33: Make This a Movement, Not a Moment

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As we are all aware, this entire year has been so challenging on so many fronts, and, as you also know, I am always all about showing up to help you work through these challenges in your lives. Today is definitely no exception. The topic of this episode may very well make you uncomfortable, and it should do just that, as we discuss anti-racism and what we all can do to help ensure that what we are experiencing now does not simply pass as a moment, but rather becomes a movement.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this episode, I will deliver to you some coaching around how you can show up right now, how you can learn and become more self-aware, how you can pay attention to your thoughts, and how you can move forward with some strategies and some intention specific to what we are going through right now in America.
