<p>Alethea Boon (AB) competed in the commonwealth games 3 times in 2 seperate sports 20 years apart AND also competed at the CrossFit Games 5 times.. </p> <p> </p> <p>As you can tell she's a phenomonal athlete, however who she is as a human is really where her magic lies</p> <p> </p> <p>I had such a great time chatting with AB.
