I know this might sound like a no-brainer, but it's easy to overlook. You have 24 hours in a day, and how you spend them will shape your reality.</li></ol><p>For me, it meant getting back to reading books, listening to podcasts, and learning new parenting skills to be a better father. So, whether you're a new parent or not, using your time wisely is a universal lesson. Identify your Most Valuable Tasks (MVTs) and focus on those. Dedicate your time to high-value, high-leverage activities. Make each hour count!</p><ol><li>Systemize Your Operations:<br />Systematizing your operations is a game-changer. As a new dad, I realized the importance of leveraging my team effectively. I've brought in a project manager and a bookkeeper to streamline my operations. They've been a tremendous help in systematizing my business. But if you can't afford to hire additional help right now, that's no excuse to neglect systemization.</li></ol><p>Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for tasks you perform frequently. The goal is to delegate, automate, or eliminate tasks, freeing up your time for the most crucial work. Whether you use third-party staffing solutions like Belay or not, the principle remains the same: systematize your operations to maximize your productivity.</p><ol><li>Cherish
