<p>Peter, a disciple of Jesus, failed several times throughout the Gospel. He didn't trust Jesus enough to be able to walk out on the water, he questions Jesus' plan to die for the sins of the world, and he even denies his faith in front of Jesus. Despite his shortcomings, Peter's failures don't define him.
