She is also a member of the <a href='https://www.globalfoodjustice.org'>Global Food Justice Alliance</a>, an amazing organization that advocates for the rights of all people to have access to nutrient dense animal foods. Nina’s book, The Big Fat Surprise, is an instrumental compilation of scientific research, interviews, and history which describes how we’ve been profoundly misled about dietary fat for over 100 years.
