28.11: 1 Samuel 29 and 30: Double Agent David Finds that God Honors Obedience

<p>Many of the movies that came out in the 60s and &nbsp;70s, when I was growing up, were of the Cold War. The more dramatic ones &nbsp;were of the double agents. Sometimes the agents found themselves in a &nbsp;situation that he or she had to lie to stay alive. They had to hide and &nbsp;blend in among the enemy. Most times, the people he or she was spying on &nbsp;didn’t know that they had loyalties to both sides.</p> <p>David’s been hiding from Saul in a Philistine city. King Achish likes &nbsp;having him around because he and his men are formidable warriors. &nbsp;However, having Hebrews in the Philistine army doesn’t sit well with &nbsp;some Philistine commanders.
