271. Mastering Crewing and Pacing for Ultrarunning Adventures with Amelia Boone & Alex Hildebrandt

<p>While we are releasing this episode ahead of the 2023 Western States Endurance Run, this talk on all things crewing and pacing is truly evergreen. This is a double-header episode hearing from two experienced pacers and crew members: Amelia Boone and Alex Hildebrandt. As well as being an accomplished elite ultrarunner and obstacle course racer herself, Amelia is preparing to pace top Western States contender Meg Morgan in this year’s race. Fuelled by his love of the trails and running community, Alex also has experience crewing elite athletes and has a reputation for being a “lucky charm”.
