<p>Data Scientist Vlad Yashin returns to the show from Hamburg, Germany. He shares stories and perspective on the war in Ukraine going on. He's originally from Belarus, which borders both Russia and Ukraine. Vlad and Rich discuss the fragility of human life and in order to create change individually and in our communities, we must take small steps, visualizing life more as a marathon than a sprint. Vlad shares what excites him for the future.
