They will &nbsp;be wandering in the desert for 40 years until the younger generation is &nbsp;old enough to be able to fight the people who inhabit Canaan. Meanwhile, &nbsp;God tells Moses to remind the people that while they are alive, they &nbsp;still have to offer special gifts as a sacrifice to God. He also goes &nbsp;into detail in case the sin is unintentional (<a href="https://www.bible.com/bible/116/NUM.15.NLT" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">Numbers 15:1-29</a>). &nbsp;However, then we have a major rebellion, the people just don’t want to &nbsp;listen to God. They are tired of wandering, tired of waiting for the &nbsp;Promised Land.
