It's been a week since the abrogation of Article 370, but Kashmir hasn't quite returned to normalcy yet. Phone lines and internet connections are still down, Eid celebrations are also hardly celebratory and there's not much clarity on what the situation is on ground because of restricted communication. Two parallel and contrasting versions on Kashmir are emerging — one from the officials and a different one from certain reports.
