#242: America’s Never-Ending State Of Emergency

<div>American legislatures have found themselves addicted to the power and lack of scrutiny that comes with the declaration of a “State of Emergency''. The American government is lazy and evil, so any chance those in DC have to enact rules for “me” and not for “thee”, they jump on it.
