214: What Music Are You Listening To?

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">What kind of music do you listen to?</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Does it change based on your mood? </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We each have the power to affect our thoughts, mindset, and even mood. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If I am having a bad day and am stuck in a negative limiting mindset, then listening to music that matches that mood probably wouldn’t help me change out of that mental place. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When I am upset, I like to listen to music that agrees with my mood. That major problem is that it doesn't help me change my negative mood. Instead, it just seems to bury me in that mood even more.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">What you put into your mind has a huge effect on what goes on in your mind.
