<p>Today I am interviewing Wendy Born who is a engaging facilitator, coach, speaker and author.</p> <p> </p> <p>We explored the whole area of creating great leaders, with an approach of using the principles of parenting in the workplace. This is not about having parent-child relationships at work, as these are not helpful but using aspects like role modeling - being aware that as a leader you are always on show and being observed for the alignment of what you say and what you do.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wendy has written a book o this called 'Raising Leaders: Using the principles of parenting at work to become a great leader and create great leaders'.
