206: Bihar Children Deaths: Encephalitis or Govt Negligence Behind It?

127 children dead in Bihar, most of them in Muzaffarpur over suspected cases of Acute Encephalitis Syndrome or AES. Bihar has seen an outbreak of AES several times before and it keeps happening. But this year the Bihar government's press release is avoiding calling it encephalitis, instead they're saying the deaths are being caused by hypoglycaemia or low blood sugar.
