2023 WWC: Super Falcons fly to Melbourne Thursday for Canada clash

<p>Nigeria’s Super Falcons will embark on a short trip from Brisbane to Melbourne on Thursday morning for their opening clash against Canada at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup clash.</p>, <p>Randy Waldrum’s side will nestle at the Marriott Hotel, Avenger Park in Melbourne.</p>, <p>The former African champions will take on the Olympic champions at the Melbourne Rectangular Stadium in the early hours of Friday morning.</p>, <p>The players and their officials will however return back to the Sofitel Hotel Central Hotel, Brisbane immediately after the game.</p>, <p>The Super Falcons remaining two group games against Australia and Republic of Ireland will take place at the Brisbane Stadium.</p>, <p>Both matches will kick-off at 11am Nigeria time.</p>, <p>The 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup which will be co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand will start on Thursday and will run through August 20.</p>
