2022 January 19 Liberty Moms with host Kris Kimball

<p>Kris Kimball interviews Robert Spjute an attorney representing Scott Miller, former SLCounty Party Chair and candidate for State Party Chair. Scott has filed a notice of Claim against the Salt Lake County Government and certain elected officials including Gov. Cox and Lt Gov Henderson as well as certain Salt Lake County Government employees. It’s a claim alleging defamation, conspiracy, retaliation, intimidation, interference with election efforts, violation of GRAMA, violation of civil and Constitutional Rights. Sad to see those who are elected to serve ignore the due process of law and resort to social media to convict and condemn.
