On "EWTN News Nightly" tonight: A court in Finland has upheld the right to free speech as it dismissed all charges against a former member of the country's parliament who had been charged with hate speech for sharing her views on marriage and sexual ethics. The International Legal Counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom who was involved in the case, Lorcan Price, joins to tell us more about what the court said in its ruling. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden released a video celebrating “Transgender Day of Visibility.” And, the Biden Administration is doing away with Title 42, which allows border patrol to swiftly deport migrants without the opportunity to seek asylum due to COVID concerns. The Biden Administration will also release 1 million barrels of oil from the US reserves every day for the next 6 months.
