1991: Torture victim appeals for prosthetic limbs

<div>The 19-year-old former soldier who was tortured by his superiors in Rweng and later had his arms amputated, is asking for prosthetic arms. <br> <br> </div> <div>Atem Mayiek was held by senior officers on suspicion of stealing a phone which was later found.<br> <br> </div> <div>The officers who tortured him were convicted to 7 years but were later reported to have paid their way out of prison.
