<p>John Duffield and Danielle Alcala sit down with Alberto Colmenares, a local alcohol infuser. He learned the basics of infusing in Hartford CT in 2013, and since then has developed it to a point where he believes its quality deserves a brand. He touches on the aspects of the business that he had found difficult as well as the aspects he loves the most.
