It’s the first delicious candy without the sugar, free from artificial sweeteners. As a foodie myself, I was curious to know how the product was made and the story behind it. What better person to ask than the R&amp;D and Innovation Manager aka Food Scientist at SmartSweets, Lauren Jans. &nbsp;So, yes Lauren is pretty much you’re modern-day Willa Wonka, or Wilma Wolka as she likes to be called.
