[189] Is the crisis we face a reality or a false belief?

<p>I had a <em>MIDLIFE CRISIS</em>... I did not think this would have happened to me. I just paddled standing up over the lake and all of a sudden thought came in... A thought that I was not as <em>GOOD ENOUGH</em> as other people I knew... And these thoughts started torturing me. It felt like reality.&nbsp;</p> <p>But did the reality give me that bad feeling or was it just my belief that I was not good enough?
