187. Fearlessly Failing: Pia Miranda

<p>Talk about dream podcast guest! If you're anything like me, chances&nbsp;are you watched&nbsp;<em>Looking for Alibrandi</em>&nbsp;growing up. Pia won an AFI award for best lead actress for her role as Josephine Alibrandi. I had this movie on DVD and the soundtrack on CD too, so you can imagine how nervous I was going into this interview. More recently I've watched Pia on Wentworth and Mustangs FC. She's also done a bunch of theatre acting too. I love that Pia opened up about acting and her process, we talked about different acting techniques, i was like a kid in a candy shop.&nbsp;</p><p>Of course I couldn't&nbsp;interview Pia Miranda without asking about Survivor; Pia won Survivor, that's 50 days in Fiji slogging it out, facing her fears to win the title. After the pod Pia asked if i wanted to smell her Survivor gear, i was like sure thing, spoiler alert it literally&nbsp;smells like jungle. Pia is open, kind and caring.
