I love learning from anywhere I can, even from unusual sources. This even includes my watch. I recently learned a powerful life lesson from one of its simple features. There is a feature on Garmin watches that's turned on by default that taught me something I need to know. It is a MOVE! alert. The watch will vibrate and said MOVE! across its face.</p> <p>Sometimes, while I was sitting working at my desk, my watch would tell me to move. Of course, my first thought was "stop it, I can't get up and move right now." But, the fact remained that I need to move. Regardless, if it's convenient or not, I need to move my body. </p> <h3>It's Time To MOVE!</h3> <p>There are too many benefits to moving our bodies to ignore. </p> <h4> </h4> <h4>Want to achieve your goals?</h4> <p><strong>MOVE!</strong><br /> You won’t make any progress without movement. Become an active participant. Withdrawing because you're not enjoying life only makes it worse.</p> <p> </p> <h4>Moving is good for your body and mind too.</h4> <ul> <li>Can help clear the mind.</li> <li>Increases blood flow to the body and brain.</li> <li>Can help you get fresh air too.</li> <li>Can lead to a little exercise, which is great for your health.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>For the sake of your body, mind, and life, make sure you move. Get out there and move your body.
