171. My Story (part 1)

<p>I've shared my story on various different podcasts, live in-person and even on the radio. In fact, the first Real Life with MG episode I released was actually titled "My Story" and was a perfect way to start my podcasting journey. I have never shared my story like this before though</p> <p> </p> <p>Why have I decided to share another episode about my story then?</p> <p> </p> <p>Here are a few reasons:</p> <p> </p> <p>1) Being 171 episodes in and about to launch season 7, I wanted to give new listeners a better understanding around who I am, what I'm about and why I do what I do </p> <p> </p> <p>2) I have grown so much since episode #1 and despite the fact that the first time I shared my story I was real, raw and honest - I held back a bit. I never knew what this podcast would become and I definitely never knew just how beneficial and impactful it was going be to speak my ultimate truth </p> <p> </p> <p>3) For those who have heard my story and who think you've heard it all - this is a much greater insight into the person you feel you already know so much about. I preach vulnerability and across 2 episodes - I definitely don't hold back</p> <p> </p> <p>4) In the years that have past since releasing my first episode, a lot has happened and I have learn a hell of lot of powerful life lessons.
