<div>The Central Equatoria state government is carrying out an anti-rabies vaccination exercise for dogs. <br> <br> </div> <div>Vaccines are being administered free of charge at five centers in Juba town. <br> <br> </div> <div>The director general of the state ministry of animal resources, George Kamala Lado says the vaccines were provided by a German non-profit organization, is encouraging dog-owners to take their animals for vaccination to prevent the spread of rabies from dogs to humans.  <br> <br> </div> <div>The director general says stray dogs should be eliminated professionally by state authorities in the interest of public safety.<br> <br> </div>
