1604: Minister of humanitarian affairs describes the recent attacks on humanitarian workers in Torit as ’isolated’ incidents

<div>As the humanitarian crisis continues to worsen in the country, aid workers are increasingly falling victim to targeted attacks by unknown gunmen. </div> <div>The most recent incident happened on Monday, when two humanitarian workers were reportedly assaulted by a group of youth in Torit locally known as Monyo-miji. </div> <div>The staff include a driver working with UNDP and a staff member of the South Sudan Red Cross. </div> <div>The Humanitarian Affairs minister Peter Mayen spoke to the Breakfast show and described the incident as isolated incident.</div>
