149: From Finance to Fitness with Jen Dufresne

<p class="p1">Join me today as we have a very special guest, Jen Dufresne. Jen didn’t grow up thinking fitness would be her career, but after she joined the Flywheel team in 2012 and got a taste of what it could look like, she began to make the transition from finance to fitness. Like all She Doesn’t Settle stories, it wasn’t an easy journey and required a lot of grit and support, but today she is not only working full-time in fitness — she owns her own brick and mortar studio, Cross Conditioning Training. </p> <p class="p1"> </p> <p class="p1">Over the past eleven years, she's worked tirelessly to learn and experience everything she can about the industry. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Spartan SGX Level 1 Coach and TRX Level 1 Certified. She most recently completed her ELDOA 1 and ELDOA 2 certification (classic spine decompression).
