<p>At the beginning of June, I held the biggest event of the year, Million Dollar Mastermind. </p> <p>On the final day of the event, I had Mike Rowe from "Dirty Jobs" fame as the final speaker and I chose him because of the way he tells stories.  </p> <p>One particular story he told was about a group of rats and this experiment. The scientists put a group of them in water and after 14 minutes, they would drown and die. </p> <p>At the 13-minute mark, the scientists would scoop them out, give them a piece of cheese and let them rest.  </p> <p>By the time the experiment was concluded, the rats were able to stay in the water for 60 hours treading water. </p> <p>This reminded me of having to spend some time in an MRI machine for one hour. </p> <p>I managed to avoid doing this for 6 visits until the doctors nabbed me on the last one.  </p> <p>I don't like closed in spaces and I usually can't sit still for an hour at a time unless I'm doing something I love to do. </p> <p>Long story short, I didn't know how I was going to make it through a one-hour MRI.</p> <p>Doctors gave me a ball to squeeze I was starting to panic.  </p> <p>I was tempted to squeeze it 3 minutes in, but I didn't. </p> <p>At the 12-minute remaining mark, the Doctor checked in on me to let me know. </p> <p>I realized in that moment, that I was blocked in my mindset. </p> <p>We're all blocked in our mindsets.</p> <p>We all have the ability to go a little bit longer, farther, and work a little harder. </p> <p>Stay in the water. </p> <p>Work a little harder. </p> <p>Go a little longer. </p> <p>You're a lot stronger than you know and your capacity is greater than you think. </p> <p>14 minutes to 60 hours is an exponential potential. </p> <p>If the rats can do it, you can, too! </p> <p>#RiseAbove </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>HOW TO GET INVOLVED: </strong></p> <p>This planet is based on an algorithm and with every positive action, there is an adverse reaction. </p> <p>Ryan Stewman rose and overcame a life of addiction, imprisonment, divorce, and circumstances tha
