He is the Owner and CEO of Teton Therapy which is an outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy company that has operated and managed clinics in Riverton, Lander, Dubois, Cheyenne, and Sheridan, Wyoming. During the COVID pandemic, Teton Therapy of Cheyenne and Riverton upgraded to new buildings. Jeff, his wife Mic, and their son Ian all work in the business. Teton Therapy has a management team in place which allows for day-to-day operations to take place without the owner's presence.
