#135 - The One Thing I Learned from A Near Death Experience

<p>In a conversational style episode, Jane Stark and I share our unique near-death experiences (NDE) and what we’ve learned from them. Our experiences were both connected to childbirth; mine was after my second miscarriage and Jane’s was after she hemorrhaged after giving birth to her first child. Neither of us understood what we had experienced until years later and we both questioned whether our experiences were ‘real’. As we explore this together, we share the amazing gifts that have come from our NDE, including deep gratitude and reverence for life.</p> <p>Jane is a Leadership & Wellbeing Coach, as well as a certified Habit Change Coach.
