<div>Our self belief can be eroded when we allow others to make decisions for us. We can also erode other peoples self belief when we make decisions for them. As a parent I am particularly aware that I can either build my children self belief up or I can break it down. I have purposefully allowed them to make their own decisions and involved them in family decisions in the hope that the will have a strong self belief.
