115: How to give effective, empowering feedback to each Enneagram type

And this is one of the most important takeaways I’ve had from the Enneagram.⁣<br />⁣<br />Giving feedback inside and outside the home⁣<br />⁣<br />When I speak to my children, they’re both very different from me; the way I receive feedback and interpret it is very different from the way they do.⁣<br />⁣<br />In business, when I’m leading large teams, understanding who’s in front of me—especially if I’m the one guiding them—is also very important.⁣<br />⁣<br />Do you want to be right or do you want to be effective?⁣<br />⁣<br />When I was coming from places of insecurity, fear, ego, and doubt, I just wanted to be right. But that proved to not be effective in my home, businesses—anywhere really.⁣<br />⁣<br />Trust me, you want to be the most effective leader you can be.
