112: Advice for Clients - What advice would you give to someone looking for an architect?

What advice would you give to someone looking for an architect? I think if we want to change the perception the public has of architects, then we need to do a better job of setting expectations, and educating, even inspiring the public, so how would you help set the clients’ expectations of the relationship, the work, the investment, the process? What advice would you give?
