<p>I am joined by Karen Danudjaja. She is the founder of Blume! <a href="https://itsblume.com/"><u>Blume</u></a> is a superfood wellness brand. Their mission is to be your best friend in wellness with simple products that are easy to use and build rituals on. Their blends make delicious lattes that are refined sugar-free, certified organic and boosted with superfoods. They are also based in Vancouver, BC, and have a plastic-neutral commitment.&nbsp;</p> <p>I've been obsessed with Blume lattes for a while now and I had to get Karen on to chat all about the business. We talk about growing a company of 1 to 13 females, how she grew the online presence to over 100K followers, creating new recipes, setting up work boundaries, how she got Blume in over 300 cafes in Canada, and where she sees the company down the line.
