Shiro and Thomas Raith speak with Kincaid who is acting as Ivy’s Proxy. Dresden makes an appeal to Ortega to find a way to make peace instead of dueling and Ortega counters with an offer to make Harry a vampire under his protection. Harry refuses the offer and the duel will continue. </p>
