And that is something that Ed Mylett talks about in his latest book, The Power of One More. </p><p>Building a movement is a massive and ambitious undertaking. Strong leaders must allow people to see themselves inside the dream, recognize each person‘s unique gifts, meet people’s basic needs, and set an inspirational example to have a chance at a favorable outcome.</p><p>Sell a big enough dream that everyone you lead can fit their dream inside the one that you’re selling.
