<p>Revelation 22: 12-14, 16-17, 20-21</p> <p>"I hope we will join him [John] not simply in patiently waiting, but through active yearning doing our best to pull Heaven down into Earth with our actions and by our love...so we can do things like reduce death by suicide for our soldiers. So that we can be an active hope and make sure that our children are not the objects of slaughter. So that we can be an active community of yearning for the family of God so that Black shoppers will no longer be the target of hate crimes. God knows we will not fix every ill...but maybe we can show the world that the miracle of prayer is not in that it denies responsibility but that it is the first step in activating disciples of Jesus Christ to do the miraculous!
