<p>I wanted to bring light to a topic I think most people are struggling with but it feels hard to talk about. I've learned that if we simply "put things on the shelf" the pattern or issue can actually grip tighter. Whereas if we look at it with the intention of love, we are able to see what we need to see. I have been exploring my relationship to tech recently. Some of it is pretty and some of it is not pretty.
