014 Pharmacist: Edwin Panford-Quainoo

<p>Edwin Panford-Quainoo is a passionate, positive, and&nbsp;highly accomplished&nbsp;professional&nbsp;with over 20 years of pharmacy experience in a variety of settings and countries. Within the first 10 years of his career, he was registered as a pharmacist in 3 countries which is an achievement in itself! He is currently working on a PhD in Global Health, focusing on antimicrobial stewardship in community pharmacies in Ghana.</p> <p>He started his career as a community pharmacist at Boots and thoroughly enjoyed his experience in a primary care setting.&nbsp;After approximately 10 years of working in community pharmacy, Edwin took a career break from Boots for 2 years. He spent 1 year as a hospital pharmacist in Australia and then 1 year travelling and experiencing pharmacy in Ghana.&nbsp;He really understood his passion for pharmacy in the global health context during this time.
