#00072 Josh Morrison, co-founder of Frolic, on the resurgence of housing co-operatives (and the sordid history of home ownership in the US)

<p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr">In today’s show, I got a real education.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p dir="ltr">I thought talking with Josh would focus on the benefits of living in community – and we got there, alongside his own uncommon childhood and what he took from it – but we really started with the history of home ownership in the US, which I knew absolutely nothing about.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Fascinating. Sordid. Creepy. And just a few key points are enough to explain so much about racism, segregation, wealth gaps, fear of the other.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Luckily for us, it’s even better than that.
