I have a degree, masters, PhD and postdoc in Chemistry. I spent 8 years managing large multimillion projects between academics and industry and commercialising that research. As part of one of the commercialisation projects I started a spin-out company with three other female academics and I was managing director of that company for two years and I did all that whilst having three children. On my third maternity leave, I decided to retrain to be a coach and professional skills trainer.
