<p>This week's Stand Up &amp; Speak Up features our YOUNGEST and happiest guest ever - Kenny Rochon (K3) inspires us with his SMILE (yes, you can feel it over the air waves!) and his desire to write 10 books by the time he's ten. &nbsp;Wow, such drive and passion and getting a video game from his parents with each 100 reviews throws him into overdrive! &nbsp;You're asking..."How can a young boy do all this on his own?" &nbsp;Well, he can't - and neither could we, but he's got great mentors (his parents and teachers) and a great support system (The Umbrella Syndicate) and isn't that what we're all striving to have in our businesses? &nbsp;Stand Up &amp; Speak Up is Kenny's first podcast appearance and he knocked it out of the park. &nbsp;One listener told us after the show "It was the most inspiring message I've heard in a LONG time!" and we concur. &nbsp;Can Fathers and sons work together and how does Kenny feel about that? &nbsp;"It's a lot of excitement and it's sweaty!!" &nbsp;I was asking about writing with his dad and I think he was thinking about yard work!! &nbsp;We all complain about last year's pandemic and isolation but the Rochon family made lemonade out of lemons and created a mini library on their own. &nbsp;Enjoy our conversation - you'll want to KEEP SMILING after you do.</p>
