Wild Bruce - Saison and Habitum 2022 - ep534

<p>We love Brekieret. They make some of Sweden's best sour beers. They launched a sub label called Wild Bruce last year and have been introducing wild ales and untraditional beers to more of Sweden. Saison is a light farmhouse ale made with Belgian yeast. It’s a light, funky great introduction to what can be a tricky style. Björn from Björnstyleguiden also joined us and brought a special release called Habitum 2022. This was a members only release and we felt lucky to try it. If you are looking to expand your beer tastes with funky beers, Wild Bruce has 8 beers out. They take traditional styles thrown in some funky wildness.
