It contains a section about the <a href='https://www.taxpayeradvocate.irs.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/ARC22_MSP_10_Overseas.pdf'>problems facing Americans abroad</a>.</p> <p>As noted by Virginia La Torre Jeker, the same problems are identified as continuing from year to year with no change!</p> <p>Everybody agrees that there is a problem. Yet there has been little (or no) progress to relieve the problems (other than encouraging people to renounce US citizenship).</p> <p> </p>
